I always expect the unexpected, but somehow it seems to surprise me anyway... :)

I believe that 99% of what happens in my life is unexpected! For the past month so much has happened that I would not have anticipated. I am learning to expect the unexpected these days.

I must admit, there are times when I don't think there will be an unexpected. I think I get so used to the way things are that I don't stop to think that something can change or happen just like that. So I am guilty of not paying attention to it often enough.

No, that would be impossible. If I were to expect it, then it wouldn't be unexpected anymore. However, I do tend to expect the unlikely...
