Hi Sylvia A,

It looks sort of like a business card, but it has all of your information on it. You can usually send that in e-mails. I'm not sure how the Windows version works, but on the Mac you use the built-in Address Book.

the most distinguishing part of a video card would be the connectors on the outside part of it, most will have a vga, which is a 15 pin connector, use google image search, also it might have svideo, or some others that i dont know names of, also it shud be in either a pciexpress port or agp, which is often the highest slot
