I am very proud to be American with European heritage. I count myself as an American and nothing else. I am proud because my country helps so many others, and tries to better others lives, more than their government will. I am able to say, "Bush you are a failure." without being shot in the head. I am able to vote for my leader. I am able to own a gun if I so desired. I am able to read the Qu'ran, or Torah. I can do anything within the whims of logic. I am in a country of loving people, a country many people do not appreciate.

I am very proud. My heritage has made me into the person I am today. To be ashamed of your heritage is to be ashamed of yourself (at least that's the way I look at it).

I am proud of my heritage...............I am half Irish, 1/4 Hawaiian, & 1/4 Japanese. I know of my Irish heritage very well. It makes me proud that I came from a long line of proud people. Willing to work for everything they got..............Now I don't know a thing about my Hawaiian ancestry. But my grandfather told me on the Japanese side we are descendants of samarui. That's kind of cool.

Proud! Why shouldn't I be? How about you? "zebra" would tend to indicate that you are of mixed heritage but your pic doesn't look like it. You must have a problem with it.
