I have travelled with Busabout (busabout.com) last year. It was fun. It is a coach network that travels through Western Europe. They have an English speakding on-board guides that give you info about each city before you arrive. It is almost like a tour but you have the freedom to stay in each city as long as you like (the coaches run every other day). Most of the passengers are 18-35 years old.

Hope this helps

I once took a bus from Prague, Czech Rep. to Vilnius, Lithuania, and it took 22 hours. I vowed: Never again! Take trains. Buses are okay for short--under five hours--trips and not much more. I used to take the bus between Tallinn, Estonia and Riga, Latvia as well (having lived in Estonia for two years) and that was hell also. Buses take a long time and it isn't enjoyable to be anywhere for a long time with nothing to do and almost no reason to get up. Plus the films they show are usually in a language you won't understand. Please, do yourself a favor and take trains. Yes, more expensive, but better.
