Heat is the vibration of atoms and molecules, plus photons. The less vibration and photons, the less heat.

Zero vibration and photons = absolute zero.

Yes cold is the absence of heat. Take the fridge for instance or the Cold room if you have a fan pulling the heat out , it gets cooler and cooler until frost starts to form on the grate. The cold room can be 45 F in a 60 F room temp. or more in the home.

to produce heat u need to create energy..and to maintain cold conditions u need to remove energy..

so cold is absence of energy i.e. heat

heat is a form of energy. the colder a substance is the less energy it has. so I guess cold can be the abscence of energy if ever the cold reaches absolute 0 kelvin

A certain level of energy gives you a feeling of comfort or feeling of heat.

A level relatively lower than the comfortable gives you afeeling of cold.
