Yes, but you will need to install a toolbar. You can try Microsoft's Windows Live Toolbar with the Onfolio add on or you can try SnipIt.

1. Windows Live Toolbar (http://toolbar.live.com/features.aspx) with Onfolio add on (http://www.onfolio.com/product/toolbaraddin/)

Capture Local Copies of Web Pages
With a single click from the Onfolio Toolbar in your browser (or by hitting the F9 key), you can quickly capture your own copy of the content from any site. This is great for content that may be moved or deleted, where a link would not be useful.

or

2. SnipIt Toolbar (http://ims2.wlu.edu/itl/pdl/SnipIT.htm)

Using SnipIt
Highlight any text on a webpage and then click the SnipIt button. You may enter the name of a collection in the collection field. If you leave the collection field blank or the specified collection does not exist, the software will look for a collection named webstuff and add the record there if it exists. If neither of these collections exists then the record we be placed only in your PDL.

I have used Onfolio before and it is great. I haven't tried SnipIt. I read about it on a popular computer tech website and did some research. Onfolio saves the content on to your hard drive under My Documents and I feel this might be a better fit for you.

You would be able to cut and paste it to a document.

Otherwise, you could try saving the whole page and editing it afterwords.

Some pages do not save well due to active content of some kind, or some kind of security on page.
