My webcam doesnt work, it says occured problem while installation, and when im trying to check it to view myself it says, sorry no webcam found in your system. but it was already installed. And when im trying to view my friends it says, im behind a firewall. Help!

My webcam is A4tech PC camera with built in mic.

you mean the amcap i already add to the exceptions. still didnt work.

Sounds like your webcam's Driver is "glitched"

UNinstall the driver for your webcam, SHUT DOWN your computer (NOT RESTART).

Wait a mintue or two

Turn on your computer, Windows SHOULD find your webcam and REinstall the driver\s for it.

*IF* Windows does NOT find\Install the driver\s, use the driver\s disc that came with your webcam

To set your Firewall to allow you view, you'll have to add the program you're using to the EXCEPTIONS.

1: Click START
2: CONTROL PANEL
3: Click WINDOWS FIREWALL
4: Click on the EXCEPTIONS TAB
5: ADD the Program you're using to View
