Walking, but that may not even work. I was in the same boat as you and ended up being induced. Keep walking but if it doesn't work don't worry induction isn't so bad. Good luck, and congratulations soon you will meet your little bundle of joy.

Walking and having sex can cause labor, also i heard stimulating your nipples is supposed to work. I am a certified relexologist and their is a reflex point on the inside of your ankle that could stimulate your uterus. If you or your partner put your pointer finger on your ankle bone and your ring finger on the side of your heel and press your middle finger straight down you should hit the reflex point for your uterus and if you hit it you will definately know. There are no full proof ways to start labor without being induced I would ask my doctor if it was okay to try and induce labor on your own at home before I did just to be on the safe side. Try a brisk walk. Also sex sometimes helps get things started!

the best way is nipple stimulation with an eletric breastpump if you dont have one you can hire one.im a midwife and this is what we do in labor and delivery sometimes on ladies only wanting to go the natural route goodluck to you try it if your baby is ready it will work congrats on your new little baby.

So my mother always told me that if you went on a bumpy ride that sped things along. For instance driving down a gravel road and what not. I don't know if she's right but hey just sharing!

Well, everyone already told you sex, but also, you can take primrose oil by mouth and vagina and it will help your cervix prepare so it may dilate quicker...

If you are in a lot of pain get yourself to a hospital, because your baby could be at risk..

Go see your doctor, if it gets to be to long or your baby is at risk they'll induce labor.
