My phone broke, they replaced it. I had to get the damaged phone back to them in 7 days. It didn't get to them until day 9. They are charging me a $200 restocking fee stating they had to replace the phone that didn't get to them on time, but they won't send me back my broken phone. I talked to 2 people, the second one being the supervisor. when he repeated the same dribble back to me that the first did, I asked for his supervisior. He said no, the call ends with him. Any ideas on how to get out of paying this excessive fee (w/o hiring a lawyer)? For those of you thinking about joining T-Moblie, beware, their customer service (customer care as they call it) sucks and is NOT helpful. They basically told me to pay or pay to quit.

I did insist on speaking to a supervisor. It work one time and then I was denied.

Hey Inyuassha - I sent it the next day moron. I couldn't have sent it any sooner. This is why I can't believe how unrelenting they are being!

You should have sent it sooner. It's your own fault for not sending it out right away. They send you the label to use and tell you to use the same box to send it back.

Whenever you buy the "Latest" or any really nice and expensive phone ALWAYS put insurance on your phone i hope you did. All i can say is leave the company go to Cingular and put insurance on your phones from now on. Or if your a guy that has alot of friends with Nextel that is always another option.

You should join Cingular Wireless. It is America's #1 network, with the fewest dropped calls. So many of my friends have Cingular, that you'll end up having most of your minutes being rollover minutes. Definitely switch with Cingular, especially with the new iPhone coming out with them.
