Sounds like the battery needs to be recharged. You can take it to AutoZone or Advanced Auto Parts stores or any other car parts place and they will charge it up for free. Its should only take a hour. But if it sounds like it is trying to turn over then you can probably get away with just jump starting the battery. Good luck.

Warming the car will not do anything really if the battery is low in juice or dead. And the heat thingy, brand name called Heet, is put in gas tanks to get rid of water caused by condensation in the tank.

By heat thingy i assume you meant a bottle of Heat brand gas treatment. If you did was it water remover or an anti-freeze? Isopropyl based remover is the best but if you have an ice blockage in the line or filter then the additive has to get there to work, which it won't do until the fuel is flowing. Heat next to the car will not get to the underside where you need it to be. A torpedo heater is the best thing to blow heat under the vehicle and thaw it out. If you do get it warm and it still won't start check for spark at the plugs. Actually you might want to do that now just in case ice isn't the cause of your problem. If you have spark and thawing doesn't work the check the fuel pump relays and finally the pump itself. Hopefully you won't need to go past heating it up. Good luck.

From reading your comment it sounds as if you are not having with it turning over fast enough so I would assume your battery is good sounds to me like you have flooded the vehicle if possible I would swap in a new set of spark plugs or clean the ones that are in the vehicle I would Rather see you put new spark plugs in. Although it is possible you have frozen gas lines in which case it is a good idea to get the vehicle warm but if the vehicle still will not start after it is warm you probably have something else going on you could spray carb clean in the intake to see if the vehicle starts but be careful that you do not try that for to long otherwise you will possibly damage internal engine components try for 6 or 7 seconds if no luck stop trying that. Hope this helps some

no count if that's an older automobile, that is because of the fact it is going to no longer be fule injected. The carb runs off of jets and needles that enable how lots gasoline to bypass by a carb in line with how a techniques the needle plunges into the jet housing. those are set for many differnt components which includes air temp and altitude alongside with different variables that are linked with the working standards to the size of the engine, no count if that's chilly, the carb prob. isn't set to run in that temperature, and has to special of a jet, growing to be a wealthy atmosphere on your gasoline to air ratio. As for the rationalization to why that is no longer working while that's moist out, does no longer have something to do with the carb yet is an electric powered situation. First place to examine would be your battery circumstance, charge to boot as connections to its terminals, then to the starter, and then finally the distributor. likely the distributor cap is the two cracked or leaking since's an older motor vehicle. wish this facilitates, prefer to any extent further data e mail me.

You put something other than gasoline in your tank (heat thing)? This is not good, hopefully your talking about outside. Even if it's a diesel car, bringing the car back up to temperature should make every thing alright, unless there is something else

you will probably have to make sure that the battery is putting out at least 12 volts. put a charger on it or jump it with another battery.
it is also possible to inject starting fluid into the air intake of the fuel injection. it fires with a weak spark.

Possible ice in filter or ruptured filter & sucking air & leaking gas near the space heater.

Have you tried to have it jumped? Sometimes in cold weather the bettery will go low to the point where it won't turn it over, batteries always go bad in heat or cold it seems. I'd try that too. Just in case.
