if you really have changed and really do want t make a go of it. book a romantic weekend away for the 2 of you.. sort anything out she might need sorting ie. childcare, travel etc. tell her you have booked it and hope for the best. i know its risky as she could say no but if its all booked and sorted she may feel obliged to go thus creating the opportunity for you to prove you have changed.
OR
if your uncomfortable about doing that for her as you could waste money if she turns the offer down, send her a single rose every week apologising and telling her you love her.
OR
if that appears too creepy, send her a large bunch of roses as a one off and write how your heart is feeling in the card.
OR
as silly as this may sound, write her a letter reminding her (in detail) of every good memory you have both shared together leading on to this one incident which you know how terrible it is and you understand how shocking your behaviour was, then leading on to the apology and on to how you will change for her. etc. just let it come from the heart.

i hope that has helped? That's what would soften me up after something like that.

Some things canmnot be proved quickly.
You can only prove that you have changed by proving that you have changed.
Is it worth it?
I hope so.

I don't know what you done.

Cheating, woman beating and general violence should not be given a 2nd chance.
