I am currently a freshman @ Texas State University w/ a major in international business. I want to transfer to and graduate from a university in Europe. Does anyone know of any Universities in Europe w/ classes taught in English (preferably in Spain or Germany)? I am not looking for any form/sort of military school.

You may want to search for that in http://www.DegreeAbroad.com/search.cfm. DegreeAbroad.com is a directory for Degree Courses Abroad from the comprehensive provider of international education directory, GoAbroad.com
They took the time to verify the identity of most universities and colleges listed there(look for the check, check+ or check++ light green icon) and has even testimonials from past participants(there's a light blue "speaking" icon there) so it's pretty comprehensive.
