OK, explain... archaeologists have dug up a zillion prehistoric bones...?

Question

from dinosaurs and other creatures from Earth's distant past, but they have never dug up an alien space craft or anything that looks like an artifact from advanced technology. Doesn't this suggest that UFOs are, to use Richard Feynman's glib observation, "much more likely to be the known irrational behavior of terrestrial beings, rather than the unknown rational behaviour of extraterrestrial beings"?

In other words: yeah, considering the vastness of space, there is probably lots of other planets with life forms, but it seems unlikely any of those beings have ever set foot on this planet.

I agree that alen life forms have probably never been here, but I disagree with your argument.

It is estimated that are thousands of LIVING species on earth that haven't yet been discovered. Archaeology has failed to discover a lot of things we know should have existed (like evolutionary links) and has only incomplete evidence of a lot of species it has found. There are a lot of places, like the oceans, that we just haven't explored much, and a lot of other places, like major cities, where most archaeological evidence has pretty much been destroyed.

If a small group of aliens did happen to visit and leave some evidence, the chances of us finding it would actually be pretty slim. (Think about it...the earth is 70% ocean!)

I can kind of agree with you. You have a good point in the fact as to why have their never been bones dug up of an alien life form. First off, whose to say they have the same skeletal make up as us? They could exist as jellyfish. Okay, that's reaching. But, nobody ever claimed that aliens roamed the earth in the same vast numbers as the dinosaurs. So wouldn't they be harder to recover?................But, I agree that there has to be some other form of life out there with all the other galaxies in existence.

I would say its possible that aliens have visited Earth at some point--if they explore space, there could have been dozens over the past few hundred million years! But why should they leave traces (not to mention wreckage? it strikes me tha ta civilization capable of interstellar travel would be able to build reasonably reliable ships that wouldn't break down every time they landed on Earth!

Isn't obvious that a top secret base like Area 51 which produces highly classified prototype plans would try to cover up a crash of a XXX million plane with a weather balloon story? UFO conspiracy is just another religion created by people who deny the existence of a god.

First of all its interesting that you lean on the science your allowed to know yet use the term zillion. Also what makes you think they havent found interesting things that aren't talked about? try reading the book "forbidden archeology" a great read with lots of interesting things that have been dug up.

there is no other life on other planets. perhaps some basic life such as slime or lichens...but nothing as complicated as a tree, even. much less other 'people'
when you've got one in a holding device...be sure to let the media know.
additionally, consider the distances involved in interstellar travel...an the un-reality of travelling fast enough to make these distances nominal. absurd.

why havent alien space ships been found buried in the ground? maybe aliens are good at piloting their space craft and therefore would not crash and leave their ships on Earth. maybe like our military, they destroy their space crafts if they ever crash. maybe the crafts are made out of biodegradable materials. maybe they are just smarter than us and want to remain undetectable. maybe the distances they need to travel to get here are too vast.

basic. The 6 days of creation weren't 24 hour days. i can teach that regardless of the bible. an afternoon of a 24 hour rotation grow to be no longer even made till the fourth day. This verse starts off the fourth day of creation. Gen one million:14 "Then God mentioned, "enable there be lighting fixtures interior the expanse of the heavens to chop up the day from the evening, and enable them to be for warning signs and for seasons and for days and years;" so as that proves the 1st 3 days weren't 24 hour days. The Apostle Peter says,"an afternoon is as a one thousand years to the Lord". So placed all that mutually and there is the story of the alluring equipment of evolution initiating that's technique. by some ability the dinasaurs have been area of that technique. Adam and Eve weren't the 1st created homo sapiens. They have been the 1st human beings that had a soul, an understanding of God and of extraordinary and incorrect. subsequently God says on the 6th day, "enable us to make guy in our image," through fact in that "day" (one thousand's of years?) guy stepped forward to be the sole animal to be like God understanding stable from evil.

Every human sense has its limits. That doesn't mean that things don't exist beyond our senses!

We see only a certain range of wavelengths of light. We hear only a certain range of sounds. We smell only a certain range of smells, etc. Just look at your dog. He smells things you can't. That's just a simple example. It gets more complex than that.
