the answer is partly yes as the indian president can ask the supreme court to give death sentence to the ministers but after the supreme court will see into yhis matter and see if the allegations on the ministers are correct then only a death sentenc can be given.

I would assume that there are laws in India regarding who can impose sentences. I believe that Indian Law is similar to England's and political leaders do not have the power to decide punishments.

Indian govt is based on 3 pillars.
President an forgive the death sentence but can not give it to any one.

No. The government of India is a Democracy, the largest in the world, and has a huge judicial system.

its the tainted ministry who select president.
how can this rubber stamp bring death of its mentors?

only the Judiciary is having the power to give any verdict not the President.
