Well I'm sure you already know about coricidin, and cough meds containing dextromorphan-HBr (DXM, i.e. cough syrups like Robitussin...)

It depends on what kind of a "high" you're looking for.

Caffeine pills will crank you up if you take enough of them - especially when taken with orange juice.

Tylenol PMs are kind of lame, but you can take them for a drowsy effect from the antihistamine in it (diphenhydramine).

I realize you don't know what alternative medicine means, so I'll tell you. Alternative medicine means the mind-body-spirit connection that keeps us in balance and healthy. This doesn't include drugs or plants that take us out of balance. Sorry but there isn't a category that will tell you about the use of drugs or illegal use of plants and narcotics.
