I am currently training for a half marathon and I want to have good form while running. I have hard time relaxing my shoulders also. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Run upright. It's the best for your back. Also, make sure to use your arms when you run. This will help you keep a consistent stride and probably help with your shoulder form. You want to be moving your right arm forward as your left leg comes up and vice versa. Do not just hold your arms at your sides.
