Is Meade Telestar RB-60 Telescope a good one?

It's just OK. The aperture size is very small. You can look at lunar stuff and see the moons of Jupiter and the rings around Saturn with no detail. As far as seeing deep sky stuff, 10 x 60 binoculars would work as well.
