1st check to make sure that the hose from the radiator to the heater core and the hose from the heater core back to the engine have not been put together to bypass the heater core. The hoses should be on the left firewall (passenger side) towards the bottom. That is done when the heater core springs a leak. If that's not the problem you could have a vacuum hose that is not working.

You need to make sure the water is going through the heater core.Take one side loose, not while it's too hot of course, and if it's not the side that the antifreeze comes out of, take the other side off.The radiator cap being worn out can cause you trouble too.The spring gets weak and doesn't let pressure build up to the right amount.Otherwise make sure all the air is out of the system and that it's full. You can take out the thermostat which will help let the fluid circulate faster, then put it back in after you know all the air is out.You can also check the thermostat while it's out by putting it in a pan with a little water and seeing if it opens when you bring the water to a boil.I've bought new ones that would stick open and some that wouldn't open at all.

If your temperature gauge is reading normal then I would check the heater control valve. This valve open to allow heated coolant into the heater core and if it doesn't work then no heat comes through. I would bet since you replaced the pump, thermostat and heater core you know enough to fill the radiator, but it never hurts to double check the obvious.

Check your heater valve which is under your hood, in-line with the heater hoses, make sure the valve moves and the small vacuum line hooked upto it isnt broken, or off the valve.
