Your question is very vague. Actually you don't even ask a question, you just make some statements. I urge you to think your question through before you write it and then after writing it, read it to make sure it makes sense.
As near as I can tell you are looking for the probability for selecting a particular marble from the jar. That would be 1/4 or 25%. The probability of getting either heads or tails would be 1/2 or 50% each.
Now if you say that Miguel will only select a marble if the coin toss lands on heads, then the chance he gets the red marble is 1/2 x 1/4 = 1/8 or 12.5%.
