I have a few gold bracelets i'm willing to part with. I know that they are good quality. but i don't know exactly how many karrats (carrots?) it is.

I would go first to a reputable jewelry store and ask them what the karat and value would be today. Then I find either a pawn shop or a consignment shop. But know they will ask for their fare share of the pot. So, you might ask around first to see if anyone you know wants to buy them. good luck, or there is ebay.

If they are gold then go to a reputable jeweler and ask if they wish to buy them. If that is not a good price then eBay them but gold might be a problem.
