1. i dont think being sexually active is a problen in marriage couples anymore its harder to find someone who hasnt been sexually active these days. In a way I wouldnt prefer them being a virgin but i dont want them to have been around the block either.

Your asking a really personal question, and I will answer the first part only. I prefer someone with some experience over the uneducated. I don't think a clingy relationship is healthy, and I don't go for co-dependent partners either.

It does not matter, unless he's sexually active with someone else qhen ya'll are talking. The reason it doesn't matter is because if you love him and he loves you, oh well. So he lost his virginity with someone else. Big deal. He's with you now. I do not understand your second question, but if you are asking with how many of my exes have I slept with, well, it's quite a number. And I definitely regret more than half.
