Probably one of the best non-comedy eps of Red Dwarf ever.It's Ouroboros - from when asked what the baby was called - the answer was our rob or ross.It's from 1997 - series 7.You're right about the snake symbol.Kryten said to Lister it stands for him being both father & son.

the term Oroboros is the name of the sibol for infinity the snake eating its own tale this was writon on the side of the box that lister was left in by himself but the man and woman who foud him thought that his name was eter to be Rob or Ross so the criticised the spelling (al though it is not much better than mine) now he only works this out after kachanski is about to leave with a tube that contains him (he works this out also) when he reads the box that says oroboros that when kryton explaind to him what it ment he worked out thet he was his father and christene was his exgirl friend and his mum .... "wow he should write a leter to play boy i bet you any money he would get it printed" says the cat

I can't recall, but all the Red Dwarfs are great.. The last few seasons are the better ones, but there all good.
