Is it alot of work involved in it, because I had a situation that didn't work out, she ended up using me as a rebound to get over her X in Jamaica a few years ago, and I'm hurting right now, but I'm trusting God through it all though

I have been fortunate to have finally found the love of my life. I had relationships before and hurts along the way. And there were a few that I loved, but the love I feel for my fiance is so much larger in magnitude. It made me even question if I ever really knew what love was at all. It is an amazing feeling that I can hardly describe. All I know is I have never felt so sure about someone and so sure about our relationship. There are no doubts at all.
There hasn't been a lot of work involved. Our major obstacle has been we live in two different states. We overcome that by seeing eachother at least every other weekend.
I am sorry you are hurting, but I think that trust in God will be rewarded some day. Good luck. :)

I've been married for over 7 yrs. Sometimes its easy, sometimes it's hard.

When I met my husband, I'd kinda been on hiatus for a year and a half, so I wasn't on any rebound. That can be hard for any relationship to survive.

Sometimes, choices are made that not everyone is happy about. Communication is key- ALL THE TIME- anytime a disagreement comes up, both people need to know how to express their view without sounding accusatory.

had some not so great relationships. you just have to be patient. you are doing the right thing. it is great to be in love with a compatible person.
i had a guy use me as a rebound years ago, i was so angry at myself that i never really focused much on missing him.
get this, she will more than likely contact you again. really! don't fall for it again. whatever happened to her relationship before will happen again. there you will be......get ready. be strong.

Your parents love you no matter what and your friends are just friends. When someone stays with you and loves you for no reason except that they do it gives you this feeling like you deserve to exist. That you are not just a drain using up food and money. It's a reason to exist.

well... im in the same boat as you... just thought you'd like to know you arent alone.. i either mess up a good thing before it has a chance or they screw it up... maybe im just simply unlucky when it comes to these things...

i have faith that you'll find your way through whatever it is that you are going through... hopefully we'll both find someone someday......
