no you're NOT fat--your stomach muscles are just underdeveloped. Lay on your back and keep your legs stiff and put your hands flat under your butt....and do leg lifts slowly up and down, using your stomach muscles. You'll feel it! A few of these a night should flatten out your pooch in no time!

No you are not fat at all! You're underweight. An average 11 year old girl should weigh 80 pounds, not a 14-16 year old! You should be weighing over 100 pounds. You are not fat.

Some people have a slightly bigger abdomen, even if they're lean. This has probably got to do with the genes more than anything else. Although I was lean before I started working out, I had a bigger abdomen.
You can easily get rid of the fat by doing crunches which can be done at any age. Please don't cut down your protein intake at any cause. You can also do running, skipping and jogging to keep yourself fit but don't stop eating!
With a little it of workout I'm sure you'll have the abs of a supermodel! :-)

omg I'm your height a year or two younger than you and I way 10lbs heavier then you do. yeah my stomach does that too, it's called organs. I'm very active and that's why I can't gain weight because I just burn off all the fat by doing sports. If you're not active and you only weigh 80lbs you're probably not getting the amount of food you really need. I eat so much, but i don't have to worry about it because of my fast metabolism. I do crunches alot and that helps. It makes my stomach toned. Try that and don't starve yourself. We don't need any more anorexic girls making us naturally svelt girls look bad.

You Are no where near fat!! average weight for someone your hight is at least 110. i am 16 and sometimes when i feel like my stomache sticks out i tighten my abs to make it look flat. but i think you should try to gain weight if possible

you are most definately not fat, but you probably are not toned. If you want to get rid of a little bit of belly, start a regular light exercise "routine". Go for a run one day, work some light weights another, and do ab exercises/crunches/etc. another. You will tone up your body, lose your "belly" and feel more energized.

You're probably a little overweight, but definitely not fat. Just eat healthy and gaining height will fix the problem.

at your height, you should be between 95 and 115 pounds. your not even close to being fat, your underweight.
