i went to the ipod support page and i can't find where you can ask them a question and e-mail it to them. if you help and not just give me the link to the original support page that i was on, you will get best answer.

there isnt an e-mail. there might be a phone #, but you get 1 support call per ipod so make sure you really need to call.

the 1st individual who spoke back is right. i'm a former apple worker and regrettably the only element they help via way of digital mail is iTunes shopper based. each and every little thing else is dealt the two over the telephone or in individual at one in each and every of their shops.
