Come on.... Name a show that the main character was killed off so early in the show's lifespan. I can see it now.... the cold water preserved her brain due to the hypothermia, and that will allow her to be revived. Wouldn't be "Grey's Anatomy" w/o Grey now would it?

She's going to live, the show won't make much sense without her, most of the plots involve her to some degree. Grey's wouldnt be foolish enough to risk the show, for one or two weeks of a shock value ratings bump that they don't need

NO!She can't, and not just because she is the namesake of the show, but because the plot of the show is about her and her effect on other people's lives. They will probably stop compressions and stuff and give up, but then she will start to cough or something and be okay. I think they are going to kill off her mother though.

Kiddo is right. The name of the tv show is named after her. I mean, would The Simpsons make sense if Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, Maggie and Grandpa all died in season 3?

I guess she's already dead, but I think they'll bring her back to life. If they don't, they may have to change the name of the show.
