No, with the validation tool Microsoft is using - you will get flagged for an illegal copy - Windows will still work - but you won't be able to get updates.

if you have the install disk then yes its very easy simple run the disc on whichever computer does not already have the operating system. most computers come with an install disc for emerginces.
