BCHBOY99-- I have to say that this poem got my attention big time and I hope and pray that it gets every ones attention that reads it. I am at awe and very touched at the powerful words in the poem. Did you write it yourself or did you get it from some one else? I have to say it is most touching. So far in my life this has not happened to any of my family or friends and I pray that it never happens. I am sorry for the ones that has lost family members/friends because of a drunk driver. My heart goes out to all of them.
Thank you so much for putting this poem out there for every one to read. I hope it will make a great impact on their lives and think what the consequences are if you should chose to drink and drive. I hope they will realize what they could lose. Again THANK YOU.

We just lost a very lively 19 year old girl last October in what should have been a very minor traffic accident. There was no alcohol involved. And speed wasn't really the issue either. The driver, her friend, was merging onto the turnpike and misjudged the distance between her car and the car in front of her. Her front bumber nudged their back bumber and send both cars sailing into the guardrails. Because our girl wasn't wearing a seatbelt, she was thrown from the car and hit a tree. Life ended just that quick. If she had had a seatbelt on, she would have suffered minor injuries-if any-and she would have been at our Thanksgiving table and Christmas tree this year.

Simple Plan's
"Untitled"

I open my eyes
I try to see but I’m blinded by the white light
I can’t remember how
I can’t remember why
I’m lying here tonight

And I can’t stand the pain
And I can’t make it go away
No I can’t stand the pain

How could this happen to me
I made my mistakes
I’ve got no where to run
The night goes on
As I’m fading away
I’m sick of this life
I just wanna scream
How could this happen to me

Everybody’s screaming
I try to make a sound but no one hears me
I’m slipping off the edge
I’m hanging by a thread
I wanna start this over again

So I try to hold onto a time when nothing mattered
And I can’t explain what happened
And I can’t erase the things that I’ve done
No I can’t

How could this happen to me
I made my mistakes
I’ve got no where to run
The night goes on
As I’m fading away
I’m sick of this life
I just wanna scream
How could this happen to me

I made my mistakes
I’ve got no where to run
The night goes on
As I’m fading away
I’m sick of this life
I just wanna scream
How could this happen to me

No, it has by no potential befell to me (it relatively is possibly simply by fact i've got not got pals and don't bypass out! lol). forget approximately approximately such human beings. Why are your pals insulted via nonsensical comments? might Allah handbook those eu boys and ladies. "In surah Al-Room Allah (SWT) says, "And considered one of His indications is the creation of the heavens and the earth and the variety of your tongues and colorations; maximum relatively there are indications in this for the found out." Noble Qur'an (30:22) With this verse, Islam declares equality between human beings as one human race, one humanity, it incredibly is as a results of the fact Islam respects a human for being a human no longer for the different reason; Islam would not distinguish between 2 races, or 2 communities of folk, or between 2 colorations, and the Prophet Muhammad (observed) addressed the individuals signifying that concept over the final Hajj pilgrimage, asserting: "O human beings! Your God is one; your father is one; no determination of an Arab neither over non-Arab nor of a non-Arab over an Arab or crimson over black or black over crimson different than for the main righteous. Verily the main venerated of you is the main righteous."" i wish that enables. :) ILoveMaths07.

I have been fortunate to not have this happen in my life. I have a friend who lost her son to a drunk driver. He was walking to the store when he got hit. It was horrible and extremely heartbreaking. I wish people would think.

Thanks for posting the poem.
