i have a regular 3.02 firmware and i want to downgrade it to 1.5 and upgrade it to 3.03 oa ( custom firmwares ) and i want to know if those custom firmwares are the same as 1.5 or even better ...i know right now im stuck with the 3.02 firmware because a downgrader is not out yet but yea i just wanna know whats the difference between 1.5 and the custom 3.03 oa

Actually, 3.03 OEc is a combination of firmware 3.03 and 1.50. This means that in addition its ability to run homebrew (1.50), it also has the functionalities of 3.03. Particularity, 3.03 includes Sony's PS1 emulator. This mean that you can play PS1 games on your PSP!

BTW, there is a way to downgrade 3.02 to 1.5 provided that you have an unpatched copy of Grant Theft Auto: Liberty City Story. To do that, upgrade your 3.02 to 3.03. Then downgrade from 3.03.
