Prior to my first class I must prepare a 'Reflection Paper' using 'APA style'. I haven't been in college for years and only vaguely remember what 'APA style' is and never heard the term 'Reflection Paper'. Does anyone know of any online resource to help assist me with this? Thanks in advance :)

A reflection paper is SELF-REFLECTION.
"It should demonstrate critical thinking about the interconnection between the personality, values, and worldview of the counsellor and the assumptions, values, and techniques of various counselling theories." I'm giving you a link (#1) to a site which gives you questions to use as a starting point.
Link #2 will take you to format requirements for APA (American Psychological Association) style. If APA style is too overwhelming, there is software you can buy which will do the formatting for you. (Link #3)
