Here's how you measure for a bra size:
1. Measure around your chest, just below your breasts.
2. Add 5 inches if it is an odd number; add 4 inches if it is an even number. This is your bra measurement.
3. To find out what cup you need, measure around the fullest part of your breasts. If the two numbers are the same, you need an AA-cup. If the two numbers differ by 1 inch, you need an A-cup. If the two numbers differ by 2 inches, you need a B-cup. If the two numbers differ by 3 inches, you need a C-cup. If the two numbers differ by 4 inches, you need a D-cup.
Go to a bra department and try on the different styles to see what is comfortable for you.
P.S. Thank you for the answer to my question..I already have a membership to beinggirl.com but I have 1 question so if you have 1 email me at goldielox411@yahoo.com

Most stores that sell women's undergarments offer free bra fittings. Don't buy bras at Wal-Mart; they're cheap for a reason and that reason is they're poorly made and uncomfortable. I recommend JC Penney if you want mid-range prices, and Victoria's Secret if you want a bra that will last you a long time and can pay $40 or so for a bra. You simply ask someone in the women's department (or anyone in Vicky's) for a fitting, and you go in the dressing room, take off your shirt, and they measure you around the widest point of your bust and right underneath your bust. From these measurements and the difference between them, the person giving you the fitting will be able to determine your proper bra size, and if you ask she will probably recommend things that will be good for your age and activity level.

first off, you can wear whatever bra you feel most comfortable in. Not all of us require padding, as we come fit with our own... At your age I was a 36C and had absolutely no need for a padded bra. I was totally embarassed by having that large of a chest at age13. boys were constantly staring at me in gym class and making me completely self-conscious. I mastered the art of changing from my gym clothes to normal clothes without ever showing my bra.
that said, have your mom, sister, etc. take you to the store, department store or victoria's secret, wherever, and have yourself measured. I personally prefer nordstroms to VS. For some reason I feel that they have better service and go the extra mile to help you find what youneed. They will the be able to recommend appropriately sized bras for you, with or without padding.

It can be your alternative whether you wear a bra or not but I thin you will have to often in precise outfits. In some places a bra just makes you seem undeniable and simple sexier. Something makes you suppose positive is fine, but you shouldn't just do one or the opposite. Possibly sleep with out one. Do you work? Workplaces mostly do not approve of nipples showing and you will get a nasty rep. At the present time you want as much money as feasible, you do not need to be fired for being nipply. Yeah...

There are plenty of non-padded bras out there. Have your Mom take you shopping for something suitable, that fits. A girl your age shouldn't be wearing padded bras anyway.

it is your selection whether you positioned on a bra or no longer yet I skinny you're able to each so often in specific clothing. In some places a bra in basic terms makes you seem easy and easy sexier. notwithstanding makes you experience confident is super, yet you're able to no longer in easy terms do one or the different. possibly sleep devoid of one. Do you artwork? places of work generally do no longer approve of nipples exhibiting and you gets a bad rep. those days you like as lots money as conceivable, you do no longer desire to be fired for being nipply. yeah...
