I have always preferred the more traditional 'feminine' girl's names such as, Cassandra, Amanda, Natalie, Chantalle, Heather, Deirdre, Bronwyn, Wendy, and of course the ubiquitous, Jennifer and Christine.
Please don't give Her a name that has to be explained with each introduction. Some of these modern names sometimes sound like You are calling the Dog, rather than a Child.
It really doesn't matter what You name Her. If She Wishes She can always change it at the age of 18.
PS, For some strange reason 'Ashleigh' is used in America as a girl,s name.

I just had a son and named him Caleb. If it was girl, I would have chosen Trystan or Trinite. I also like Jordyn. Some other cute names are Amaya, Aliyah, and Jazlyn.
