If I put an artists songs to listen to on my website (they can't be downloaded or saved)....?

If I put an artists songs to listen to on my website (they can't be downloaded or saved)....and I am not charging for the person to listen to them. Can I get in trouble for this? Also the very front page has a disclaimer saying that whomever enters the website has to agree not to take legal action. AND all the files are hidden with .htaccess. let me know!
