I would say just go to court. A lot of times in Wisconsin, if you just make the effort to go to court, they will forgive the offense on your record if you pay the fine. I've heard of speeding tickets being reduced to parking tickets, speedometer violotations, and even fishing off a bridge. My husband would have lost his license but he went to court and he didn't even have to explain anything to the judge to have it reduced. I guess they figured if he was willing to make the effort to come to court, he didn't deserve the fine.

Take it to court and provide every bit of physical, photographic, or eyewitness evidence you can to prove you didn't do what the officer says you did. Without evidence, you don't have much of a chance.
