With a parent/guardian permission a child under the age of 17 can legally watch a NC17 rated movie with the prescense of singnatur of the houshold provider.

In the U.S. it is NC-17 and children are not allowed in the theater. It does not matter if the parents say its okay, it is a matter of local law.
What happens at home, is completely under the control of the parents. Children as young as 7 can watch XXX films as long as the parents say its okay. It illegal to sell pornography to minors, but as long as it is your child, you can decide what they see. Now your children might be put into foster care if you are stupid enough to do something like this, but that is a different issue.

Of course. The only films that people under 18 CAN'T see at public viewings are X-rated...and they make those exclusively for the home video market! The point is your parents would have to take you to see any film rated NC-17 or R.

Yes, as long as you have an adult with you they will let you in. I think the NC17 though you have to be 17 with ID or no movie.

If the movie is rated NC16 this means any one 16 and older can watch the movie............you could see it by youself
