the marissa part is great I dont like the way elise sounds with the rest of the name and what the flipp is isgreen
if you want a real original i would go with seven

As a 41 year old mom, I like it fine. It's a beautiful name. If I think like a 12 year old who is in the mood to tease and annoy your little girl, it has it's drawbacks.

I feel you should choose a middle that is only one syllable long, it will have a nicer flow when saying the name.
some examples would be:
Marissa Ann Isgreen
or
Marissa Rose Isgreen
or
Marissa Dawn Isgreen
