Well I am a Red Wings fan. When I saw this, I felt like Detroit is screwed. However, I feel that this trade will work in some ways but, ultimately with the young inexperienced playoff bound team Nashville is, they might not make it out of the Western Conference with the addition of Forsberg. Nashville giving credit to them are a fast, hard skating, physical hockey team. Thats why they led the Central division, because their consistent each and every night with 2 great goaltenders. Ultimately, Forsberg won't be able to skate as hard and fast with these guys, he'll be a tremendous power play addition.

Nashville was a great team without Forsburg. Now there is no way Nashville can be stopped. Nashville is my pick to win the cup... hands down.

They were a good solid team before Forsberg came on. I think he'll definitely help out, but I'm a firm believer that one guy doesn't make or break a team.

Without Forsberg on the roster, they were an elite team. With Forsberg, in my mind, they have become the favorites to win.

depends if they run into a hot brodeur, or a healthly blue line from buffalo, the preds do have 3 scoring lines now so they are looking pretty good. give forsberg a few game to mesh with his new (except for kariya) teammates and then watch out

they have a slightly better chance because forsberg will draw skaters to him, even though he has an ankle issue.

I'd love to see them lose and watch him try to duck the blame.
