write about... hum.... Ok, let's see... You can write about, you are dreaming for a perfect family... Holiday trips with your parents since your parents are always arguing and fighting. So, then suddenly when your parents are driving to the court to file a divorce, they got into and accident.

Ideas are always better if it's from your own brain. I am just helping.

you don't need ideas from someone else, because that rarely works for a writer. What you need is questions, to ask yourself. The one that works best for me, is 'What if....."
Take an ordinary situation, for example, going to the store to get something for your mother. What would happen if you didn't get what you were sent for but came home with a gallon of chocolate milk?
What would happen if, when you got to the store, the storekeeper wouldn't accept your money but decided you had to do something in exchange for the goods.
What would happen if your dog started to talk?
What would happen if.....
Some of the best stories come from the 'what if' questions about the most ordinary and mundane subjects.

Whatever you choose, be sure you make the story vivid with details that appeal to the senses. Take your reader there. Don't use phony language. Resolve some problem. Have a hero.

Write about something you know well. if you have a pet, write about your pet. If you make great pop corn, write about that. If you're good at a sport, use that.

Put a character in a situation where knowledge about your pet, sport or how to make great popcorn solves the problem.

Good luck!

If you want to be a writer, you need to be good at finding ideas, as well. Nobody can really help you in that department. It's one of the basics of being a writer.
