How should I go about starting an online internet radio station?

The easiest and cheapest ( free ) is shoutcast. It works with winamp. I use it all the time to broadcast sim racing events.

- SHOUTcast DSP Plug-In for Winamp

ebay has a radio, my cosin had told but i can't rember the station. i do believe it is am not fm.look and you shall find!!!
