The other day my ex-gf tried to run me over with her subaru. It wasn't an accident, but i don't know if i should go to the police?

Too late now. You should have called when she did it. I ran over my exhusband with my riding lawn mower once. He was in his car. I guess it wasn't a bright thing to do. But the things we do when we are falling out of love.

At the very least, I would file a restraining order against her. Without any physical proof that may be all you can do for now as far as the police are concerned. With a restraining order in place, she cannot come within so many yards of you or your home/work without some kind of consequence. Good luck!

You SHOULD go to the police. My ex gf tried to boil my dog. I never called the police and I have regretted it for the rest of my life. Psycho women need to be medicated.

YES call the police. But now it is your word against hers (unless there might be a camera in the location where she tried to kill you). You need a restraining order! Drive to your local police station RIGHT NOW and report her.

Well...you need to look into the situation a little more. I have NEVER tried to run over an X for nothing. I have ALWAYS been provoked.
You should call her and apologize for whatever it is that you did.

Yes If you ever get attacked hurt or run over later. She will be suspect. You can even say you think it could be a misunderstanding. And for them to talk to her.

I think you should go to the police. If not, you could always shoot her tires out. Of course, you'd get arrested for property damage, but at least she wouldn't be able to try it again...
