You really shouldn't say anything until you swallow. Especially around parents, because they are gonna just say "I told you not to talk with your mouth full"

Well, since it's impolite to talk with your mouth full, finish chewing whatever food it is you're enjoying. Then, perhaps, offer Mom and Dad a slice of that pizza or whatever.

If you meant to say "masturbating", I don't think it is necessary for you to really say anything, you can expect that they knock before entering your room next time.
If you meant to say "masticating", simply finish chewing your food, then swallow before saying anything. :)
