I make trips overseas quite frequently and have a tendency to indulge in sexual gradification with many different ladies while away from home. I typically plan to sleep with a different lady each night that I'm gone and have found this to be easily accomplished while in the Phillipines (where they lack serious relationships) and have been left to fend for themselves by their fellow Islanders who live like royalty here in the U.S.. My question is why can't the Pinay's here act appropriately so I don't have to go overseas to fulfill my fantasies?

If you are married then you should not be looking for sex out of the country or even in the country. So shame on you. If it is fantasy you want, then discuss it with your wife, if she refuses something way out of the kinky norm, then respect that , if you can't live without it then see a therapist, maybe you have a problem.
P.S. if your wife accepts it, then maybe she enjoys you being away cuz she does not have to give it to ya! Or maybe, just maybe, she is getting better sex with someone other than you when you are away....
