The fact is:
- Humans are the least intelligent form of life there is.
Yes.....we might have went to space, build a society and a world, but the only thing keeping us alive is the destruction of our planet.
We live because we want to do something - even if that is to destroy each other.

The original "sin nature".

After Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruite they brought on themselves the "price tag" of not only death (physical and spiritual) but also death to the universe which is winding down.

After severing that whole connection to God man was introduced to acting outside of how God acts.

Now that isn't to say that everyone is

"murdering each other and only caring about money and personal status"

every second of everyday, I know I have never killed anyone physically and money and personal status arn't the only things people care about. But everyone has messed up to put it simply- were broke.

But we can be made whole again by accepting what God says is true in His only Word the Bible and taking our life and (with His help) forming it around that knowlege.

Anyone who gets "offended" - this is a question and answer site- eveyone is entitled to speak.
- Thank you.

Rambocommandodude.

ps. Bible is not all about the brokeness of man but more about how we can be made whole again, less about hell more about heaven. Not about hate- all about Love.

It's all about resources. We need them to live - or live better. We rip them from the ground or, buy, beg, borrow, or steal them from those who have them.

The root of it all is over population. If there were a lot fewer of us, we wouldn't need to compete in such (often) violent ways. Our brains have simply made us too good at surviving. In the end, what goes around comes around. We'll meet the same fate as the dinosaurs. And probably kill half the life on the planet in the process.

Ok... I'm gonna be the odd one out but I don't think it's such a horrible torturous thing. I mean, it's pretty bad... pretty dang bad out there sometimes. Even if you think it's not it is... but if you think it's ONLY bad then you're wrong too...

anyway, what I meant is, I think it's important for this to happen. I think it's just a sign of the times, something that has to happen for the good to prove to themselves that they are truly good people. Temptations get stronger but so do personal convictions. I think there's a divine purpose for all these terrible things that are happening. You never know what can move someone to change the world after all...

Don't include me when you say we. But if when you say we- you mean the corporations that are representing us its simple..money. We elected a money hungry government that is in bed with the corporations like never before and that is all that matters to them. Why do you think we are over in Iraq? Did we really care about Saddam that much? No, but it was a great cover to go over there and get our greedy hands on that oil. There are millions of people in Africa dying of starvation and civil war, why don't we send our troops over there? Oh thats right they don't have anything to offer us I forgot. It sucks but thats where we are at right now as humans.

it seems to be the general habit these days more-so than during the war years and i agree with you the motivation for all this violence is money and status and the gap now between the rich and the poor has never been wider which in turn causes dissatisfaction amongst the working class and the taxes levied by this government is generally taking its toll and causing people to fall into the trap of to hell with everything and becoming lawless

It is built in for us to be selfish, self-centered. Combine that with a more advanced mind and there's no telling what one might do in the name of self-perservation, self-gratification. It is amazing, but natural that whole philosophies have arisen out of this thought. Survival of the fittest screams of it, as we all strut about like young lions.

Alas, there are some lambs, who are called the fools of the world, the fools of God, who would live counter to the built in instincts, counter to the animals. In our free will, we have choice, but it is easier to be a lion, so humans choose.....

Everyone of us has a survival gene within us. If i was an alien and was looking down to see what was going on.....trust me.... Hell would freeze over before i would come down here to visit earth.....they would have to push me off the spaceship kicking and screaming. !!! We are a destructive race.....but just think...... we found an interest in other human beings.....we found out that other human beings can give us pain, hate, fun, love and a hell of alot of pleasure.... I found all these things useful in life...and now i choose to live with wat feels good for me. We are like this....because we are human.

Pride, the root of all sin. We all have it. It just manifests itself in different ways. None of us could do enough good to pay off the bad we've done. The only way to be free from pride is to plead guilty, ask for forgiveness and receive it through Jesus.
