Years ago I played around with makeup and lined my lips using eyeliner and it never fully came off.

Thank you so much.

Try makeup remover, especially the kind made for waterproof mascara.

Try Clinique's Take the Day Off. It is a makeup remover specifically targeted for both eyes and lips. It should be strog enough to take off the eyeliner without being too harsh for your lips.

Antidote by ability of TooFaced. that is sort of costly, yet one pump will do away with your complete face of makeup. i've got had my bottle for only a pair of 300 and sixty 5 days and that is only approximately seventy 5% used. Sephora type additionally makes a makeup eraser pen for in case you shrink to rubble only a tiny spot.

it's still there? WOW! you could try using vasoline but i'm almost positive that if just any product would work...it wouldn't still be there after years!...use a lipliner to cover it up!

alcohol..or maybe scrub it with salt and lemon juice, if they dont work, I dont think theres anything stronger to use that wont hurt your skin, so I would try going to a dermatologist.
