If you live in the U.S. the age at which you can move out without your parents permission is 18 in every single state unless you’ve been emancapited in some manner such as marriage (requires parental consent) or court decree (*VERY HARD* to obtain).

Most states its 17 1/2 some are as young as 14, you can become emancipated at 16.

It depends on what state you are in...some states its 16, some are 17- 18 and some are as young as 14. Look it up at your state's website to find out.

Age isn't as important as the ability to take care of yourself and be responsible. Just be careful. It's rough out here. If you don't believe that, leave now and see how quickly you'll wish you handn't.

after you graduate high school and head off to college!!! Don't be stupid and quit school and move out,... there are too many kids out there doing this and getting NO WHERE in life.... grow up right and be somebody... not just another no one living on the streets and getting into drugs and trouble. USE YOUR HEAD!!!
