Great questions.

1. The sabbath should be kept by the Jewish people, not by gentiles. As a general rule, Jews believe that gentiles should live by the 10 Noahide laws that G-d passed down to Noah after the flood.

2. Yes, the 10 commandments (and most of the 603 other commandments) have always applied. The only ones that do not are those related to service in the Holy Temple, as it no longer stands.

3. "7 times 7 sabbath" is unclear. There is the Jubilee year after 7 times 7 years - where all land is reapportioned in the 50th year and servants set free - this is no longer practiced. I believe that this is also related to the lack of a Holy Temple.

4. I am not sure if there are any commandments regarding the land of Israel that can not be practiced abroad as well. Again, many of those related to the land were also related to the Holy Temple.

The Bible explicitely says that the Sabbath was given to Jews only along with a majority of the commandments.

And as for the commandment to love G-d and love thy neighbor, well, that is also in the Torah and Jesus did not introduce that at all.

Certain commandments in the Torah only apply in the land of Israel but Sabbath is not one of them. The 7 year law, called Shmittah, only applies in Israel and is observed by religious Jews there. Again, that only applies to Jews.

And for the record, in Judaism there are 613 commandments in the Torah.

Christ ( A Jew) did say that he did not come to change the law at all. The sabbath question is a hard one for me. Most calendars show Sunday as the first day of the week. Hence, that would make Saturday the 7th day. It says that God rested on the 7th day. However, Sabbath actually means "rest" and our rest is supposed to be in Christ which would be at all times.
