The world record for the most children born to one woman is 69. She had 27 pregnancies that included 16 sets of twins, 7 sets of triplest, and four sets of quadruplets.

A woman can have as many babies as she can afford I guess. The more babies a woman has the more her body wears out and the higher risk that there will be complications. Also how close together are you planning on having all these twins and just who is going to father them?

First of all GET SERIOUS! Who on this earth would like to have 12 sets of twins? Do you want to age really fast or something? Plus I don't think your private part would look to good after all of those kids. It would probably look like it was in a meat grinder for years. Your nuts!

hope you can feed them all... think the world record was 63 a russian woman, but not all single births.

wow. it's possible for you to have that many kids but god who would want to?! especially all twins (which isn't very likely anyway).
