Tell her how you really feel about her, make it romantic and that she feels bad for overreacting. Tell her sorry and make it up to her in the way she wants, ask her what she wants for you to do to prove to her that you love her and are truly sorry for what you did.

Thats a really awful thing to do. But if you want her back why do you have to text her something nice. do something nice for her or if you arent able to be with her send her something nice. for example a bunch of flowers with a card which says how sorry you are. she will need time and like others have said on here i wouldnt get back with you after that. but she may find it in her to ask the question why you would do that to her. it may be that you are insecure or need some sort of help. she may realise that and take you back. good luck.

Firstly, why r u texting? what ever happened to dealing with things on the phone or face to face? Gosh, if i was her and thank god im not, i wouldn't want you in my life either. Ridiculous. What was your motivation for such childish behaviour? I don't know what to tell you for advice other than take responsiblity for what you have done, work out why you did it and deal with it. Deal with it face to face instead of stupid text messages on mobile phones. When she can see your face she will know how sincere you are and decide if what you did is forgivable. Good luck.
