I could, but I think it would be so much more rewarding for you to do a WWW/Browser/Keyword general search. I've found hundreds of cabin sites, many offering "kits."

OR you might go to a Home Imp. Store, buy their largest shed/lawn building, and modify it to your design or needs. 12x 20 is certainly an adequate size for a camp cabin, and many pre made have windows, are painted, and look pretty decent.

Building one yourself isn't a monumental task if you have DIY abilities, but is dependant on distance from where you live perhaps? Proximety to your material supplier and getting materials to your chosen cabin site, then devoting a week or so to the construction. You might build the framework out of 2 x 4's as many houses are built, decide a pitch for a roof, add siding, roofing material, finish the interior to suit, and inhabit

There is no way that I know of that you can build a full working cabin for $2,500. That will not cover, plumbing, electrical, untilities, and foundation.
For that price you can build a shell, possible finished on the inside with board or drywall but on the ground. You can use the shed kits for that.
Cabin kits are expensive and still do not include the foundation or the interior workup or plumbing or electrical. Do not attempt to do your own plumbing and electrical without help or experience.
If people could build a decent livable cabin for that price dont you think everyone would be doing it? They would even build them to live in full time as a cheap way of living.

Do some research online under building sites, and home plans, or cabin build sites or look under home kits. Good Luck

If you want a building for $2500, you will get a shed. I recommend getting a good shed. www.tuffshed.com/

build it youself http://www.shedplans.com/

12x20 = 240 sqft $10/ftsq is a limited budget.

I have a friend who had a good shed on a piece of property. He took care and saved. Carefully planned things out. Sold his home when he retired and built on the property and now has a beautiful home where he once had a just shed. I think he still has the shed.

Start choppin' down trees. Logs are free if they're on your land (or if you don't get caught choppin' down someone else's).
