That is not about or not all about trust, sex or whatever.... it's caring someone, concerned of someone but does not necessarily mean providing treatment for or attending to someone or something... it's more like accepting someone of what he/she is.

Yes, I definitely agree that the greatest love you can have is to care for someone and make sure that they know you really care about them.
